Shipping information
Every Beatryx order is fulfilled by our partner Esthica, with delivery across the UAE and international shipping to most countries.
UAE delivery
Orders within the UAE typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Delivery fees, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout on the Esthica product page before you pay.
International delivery
International orders ship to most countries via tracked courier. Transit times vary by destination and are shown at checkout, along with any applicable shipping charges. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from Esthica with tracking details. For delivery status questions, contact Esthica using the details on your order confirmation.
Recovering soon?
If you have a procedure scheduled, we recommend ordering your stage-one garment at least a week in advance so it is ready for your recovery from day one.
