Because purchases are completed through Esthica, returns and refunds follow the Esthica refund policy. Here is what you need to know.
What can be returned
Unworn garments in their original packaging, with tags attached, are eligible for return. For hygiene and safety reasons, compression garments that have been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to start a return
Contact Esthica using the details on your order confirmation, quoting your order number. The team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Avoiding size issues
Most returns come from sizing. Before ordering, measure your waist, hips and chest with a soft tape and match against the size chart on each product page — and if you are between sizes shortly after surgery, choose the larger size first.
