Measure your waist, hips and chest with a soft tape while standing relaxed, then match your measurements to the size chart on each product page. If you fall between sizes after surgery, choose the larger size for the first weeks and size down as swelling reduces.
Most surgeons recommend wearing a stage-one garment continuously for the first 2 to 4 weeks, then a stage-two garment for another 4 to 8 weeks. Always follow the specific timeline your surgeon provides for your procedure.
Stage 1 garments have zippers and closures so they can be worn immediately after surgery without stretching healing tissue. Stage 2 garments are seamless pull-on pieces worn once initial swelling subsides, providing smoother compression for tissue retraction and contouring.
